The Pollocks

170415_mccully_pollock_6907ON 15 April 2017, Sarah and Justin tied the knot at the Georgia State Railroad Museum, Savannah, GA in a gorgeous wedding with possibly the best menu we have EVER seen.

See below for the deets and treats.

“Our first look was at the spot we had our first date, a breakfast spot in downtown Savannah. We were both so nervous, but after seeing each other, all our nerves went away and the rest of the day was easy and so much fun!” – Mrs Pollock

Advice to brides planning their wedding: Pick a few details that you really want on your big day and make sure your planners know that and how much it means to you. The other details that aren’t as important to you, trust in your wedding planners and team to execute it in a way that will flow well with the day. Taking this step back and letting the professionals help me was difficult at first, but really helped with my stress level. Also — if you’re having an after party, take a moment to plan the get away bag and wedding night items. It makes for a less chaotic send off!

Food: Pimiento cheese bar, taco bar and hot sauce bar, prime rib, roasted vegetables, back and cheese, mixed green salad; Vendor: Nick Mueller
Pies + Cake Vendor: A Squad Bakery
Any surprises: How good our band was (Emerald Empire Band), who we had heard great things from other friends, but they really got everyone on the dance floor — even our older guests. It was so great having all our loved ones celebrating our big day!
Sum up your wedding in one sentence: Southern bohemian celebration with our closest friends and family — with a little New Orleans flair!
